The afternoon will feature brainstorming sessions with our facilitators and guests. The evening will conclude with a team-building activity accompanied by heavy appetizers and networking.
DAY 2-Wednesday, January 14th
The day will begin with a guided tour of a local contractor’s facility and operations, followed by lunch. This year, we’re excited to visit:

The day will conclude with a formal dinner gathering, providing time to reflect, connect, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting.
DAY 3-Thursday, January 15th
Will continue with collaborative small group sessions, followed by a wrap-up lunch and a full group meeting. We’ll close with an open discussion focused on identifying the most effective path forward and key takeaways from the event.
Cost has not been confirmed at this time.
You’re welcome to complete the application, no payment is required until your participation is confirmed. While we anticipate this network will continue to grow, we’re committed to keeping the group size manageable to ensure a high-quality experience and meaningful engagement.
With most participants returning from last year, space is very limited, so early application is encouraged.
