SUMMARY:Irrigation Mastermind Conference 2026
DESCRIPTION:https://irritechtraining.com/wp-content/uploads/Blue-Geometric-Animated-Tech-Business-Conference-Intro-Video-2.mp4\n\n\nDates: January 13th-15th\, 2026\nLocation: Club Sportiva \n521 Charcot Avenue\, San Jose\, CA 95131\nFor years\, landscape irrigation contractors have expressed the need for a space to connect with like-minded\, growth-driven professionals. \nThe Irrigation Mastermind was created to meet that need – a network of industry leaders coming together to share best practices\, exchange ideas\, and elevate both their businesses and the landscape irrigation profession. \nLast year’s conference was a tremendous success\, and we’re excited to see how this next gathering continues to build momentum and impact across the industry. \nThe potential topics for discussion include:\n\nMarketing and social media / networks\nMergers / Acquisitions\nFinding Talent and Hiring\nIrrigation Technology / Remote Management\nScaling\, Succession and Business Planning\nStaff Development / Training / Employee Retention\nPricing / Flat Rate Pricing / Incentive Programs for Service Techs\nIndustry / Water Regulations and Policy\nProfitability / Estimating\nOffice Systems / Technology / Software\nDefining and developing company culture / brand\nUtilizing Consultants Effectively\nAnd any additional topics you find important to your company!\n\nSchedule:\nDAY 1-Tuesday\, January 13th\nThe event will kick off in the early afternoon with a welcome session\, including introductions to the facilitators\, participants\, and an address from our keynote speaker. The afternoon will feature brainstorming sessions with our facilitators and guests. The evening will conclude with a team-building activity accompanied by heavy appetizers and networking. \nDAY 2-Wednesday\, January 14th\nThe day will begin with a guided tour of a local contractor’s facility and operations\, followed by lunch. This year\, we’re excited to visit: \nK & D Landscaping\, Inc.62C Hangar Way\, Watsonville\, CA 95076\nIn the afternoon\, participants will engage in focused breakout sessions with facilitators to dive deeper into selected topics. A survey will be distributed in advance to gather interest areas and help finalize the session structure\, including rotation\, timing\, and group size. \nThe day will conclude with a dinner gathering\, providing time to reflect\, connect\, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. \nDAY 3-Thursday\, January 15th\nWe will return to Club Sportiva and get into groups with similar companies.  Each participant will have 20 minutes to get Group Focus and will have the opportunity to present their biggest challenge(s) and harness the power of the Mastermind in helping to create solutions\, strategies and accountability.  More details to help you prepare will follow.  Group lunch and then  we will announce details for Mastermind Network Conference 2027. \nCost: $1795.00\nYou’re welcome to complete the application\, no payment is required until your participation is confirmed. While we anticipate this network will continue to grow\, we’re committed to keeping the group size manageable to ensure a high-quality experience and meaningful engagement.\nWith most participants returning from last year\, space is very limited\, so early application is encouraged.\nIrrigation Mastermind Application \n \n

SUMMARY:NJ Irrigation Renovation Training
DESCRIPTION:Date: September 19th\nRain Date: September 20th\nLocation:\nLafayette Hills Townhouse Association \n1 Morningstar Road \nHawthorne\, NJ 07506 \nThis training is a unique opportunity to learn about managing:\nController – This is a two-wire system so we will discuss the benefits of two-wire over conventional wiring\, the importance of a perfect splice\, the need for grounding and types of grounding\, programming features of the controller\, expandability and diagnostics. \nRainwater System – Automatic switch over\, the benefits of using Rainwater\, catchment\, prefiltration\, storage\, pumping\, controls\, post filtration\, replenishment\, and costs. \nSprays – Because of the 80’ plus elevation change on site we will discuss the benefits of using 6” sprays with Precision nozzles with pressure regulation in the heads along with check valves. Discuss and move some heads spraying onto the building and evaluate for coverage. \nRotors – We will change out rotors that are spaced under 30’ with rotating nozzles\, move heads that are spraying against the building\, Check rotors for matched precipitation and change nozzles as needed. \nValves –Because the system switches from Rainwater to Potable water what must we consider when choosing a valve. Measure the pressure at different points along the system and install pressure regulation on some valves as needed. Discuss valve sizing and flow. \nTwo Wire Troubleshooting – The benefits of two wire irrigation systems are many. But when something goes wrong how do you evaluate\, identify\, and repair two wire. What are common issues and what differentiates two wire from conventional wire. Grounding and the lack there of. \nThis is a great way to earn 8 Water Conservation CECs in a more engaging and exciting setting than traditional classroom environment. The hands-on learning will let you to directly engage with irrigation system components\, allowing you to explore\, experiment\, discover new concepts and improve your skills.\nThank you to our Sponsor:
