DESCRIPTION:The NE Irrigation Industry’s Premier Training and Networking Event\nMonday\, March 20 Day 1:\n\n8-5: Irrigation Technician Course (Room 201)\n\nThis 1.5-day class covers the topics that an irrigation tech with one year of experience should have and serves as a class to cover the topics on the IA’s CIT examination (not included in cost). Many companies also use this course to develop their irrigation technicians so that they know they all have a similar amount of appropriate knowledge. This class could also be used for needed information and class hours for the J-4 examination license. \nTuesday\, March 21 Day 2:\n\n8-12: Irrigation Tech Course (Room 201)\n8-12: Manufacturer Sessions:\n\n1 hour each (Hunter\, K-Rain\, RainBird\, Toro/Irritrol) No cost\, but must register. Certificate of Attendance and four IA Tier 1 Credit hours available for attending all sessions (Room 233) \n\n1-4: CT J-3/J-4 Advanced Technician Course (Room 233)\n\nThis course will qualify for the 3 hours of continuing education for the 2022 J-3 and the 2024 J-4 licenses. It will also be a great course for the experienced technician as we will cover an hour on each of the following topic areas: Troubleshooting faults on two-wire paths\, managing irrigation with wi-fi controllers and irrigation scheduling for water conservation principles. \n\n12:30-4: IA Exam Session (Room 201) Registration for ANY IA exam is separate and must be done through the Irrigation Association P: 703-536-7080 Click HERE for CIT Exam Registration page.\n4:30-7:30: Industry Reception at the Storrowton Tavern: 1305 Memorial Ave\, West Springfield\, MA 01089 \n\nJoin us for a three-hour networking session for the NE Irrigation Industry after education session and before the NE Hardscape Show.
