The afternoon will feature brainstorming sessions with our facilitators and guests. The evening will conclude with a team-building activity accompanied by heavy appetizers and networking. \nDAY 2-Wednesday\, January 14th\nThe day will begin with a guided tour of a local contractor’s facility and operations\, followed by lunch. This year\, we’re excited to visit: \nK & D Landscaping\, Inc.62C Hangar Way\, Watsonville\, CA 95076\nIn the afternoon\, participants will engage in focused breakout sessions with facilitators to dive deeper into selected topics. A survey will be distributed in advance to gather interest areas and help finalize the session structure\, including rotation\, timing\, and group size. \nThe day will conclude with a dinner gathering\, providing time to reflect\, connect\, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting. \nDAY 3-Thursday\, January 15th\nWe will return to Club Sportiva and get into groups with similar companies.  Each participant will have 20 minutes to get Group Focus and will have the opportunity to present their biggest challenge(s) and harness the power of the Mastermind in helping to create solutions\, strategies and accountability.  More details to help you prepare will follow.  Group lunch and then  we will announce details for Mastermind Network Conference 2027. \nCost: $1795.00\nYou’re welcome to complete the application\, no payment is required until your participation is confirmed.
