Staying up on the current irrigation laws and codes in the state of New Jersey is important for both licensed contractors and everyone who works on irrigation system in that state. The first hour of this course will feature a panel discussion of industry leaders and regulatory representatives reviewing relevant and current business and industry issues, regulations, and codes, with ample time for questions and answers. The second hour will dive into the recently passed legislation that only allows pressure regulated spray bodies to be installed in New Jersey. This will look at the history, the details of the code, the why, and the effect with a discussion on how to communicate and implement these requirements.
This session meets the continuing education requirements for licensed contractors in New Jersey for two hours of content addressing business laws and building codes.
