The two questions business owners, especially contractors, often struggle with are, “how do you know how much your company is worth?” and,” how can you increase that value?” While professional valuations can be achieved using paid consultants or business brokers when it’s time to sell, this webinar will present methods owners can utilize during their normal business planning to set goals and verify they are on the right track to achieve them. It uses a simple tool that not only helps evaluate a company’s value but illustrates areas to work on to increase its value. The result is the value of a business becomes part of leadership’s regular business planning process.
