The Irrigation Mastermind was built to meet that need – a network of industry leaders who come together to share best practices, exchange ideas, and elevate both their businesses and the landscape irrigation profession as a whole.

Last year’s conference in San Jose was a tremendous success. This next gathering is built to carry that momentum even further.

New this year: more time together.

The number one thing past attendees asked for was simple – more time. So, we’ve extended the conference to give you exactly that: more time to build real connections with your peers, and more time to dig into the topics that actually move your business forward.

We’ll kick things off Monday evening with an informal welcome dinner, so you can arrive, settle in, and start building relationships before the working sessions even begin.

Schedule:

Day 1 – Monday, January 11

Arrival & informal welcome dinner at 6 PM. Meet your fellow participants and facilitators in a relaxed setting and start the week with new connections. No agenda, just good conversation.

DAY 2-Tuesday, January 12th

The event will kick off at 10 am. with a welcome session, including introductions to the facilitators and participants, and an address from our keynote speaker. The afternoon will feature brainstorming sessions with our facilitators and guests. The evening will conclude with a team-building activity accompanied by heavy appetizers and networking.

DAY 3-Wednesday, January 13th

The day will begin with a guided tour of a local contractor’s facility and operations, followed by lunch. This year, we’re excited to visit:

In the afternoon, participants will engage in focused breakout sessions with facilitators to dive deeper into selected topics. A survey will be distributed in advance to gather interest areas and help finalize the session structure, including rotation, timing, and group size. The day will conclude with a dinner gathering, providing time to reflect, connect, and continue the conversation in a relaxed setting.

DAY 4-Thursday, January 14th

We’ll gather in groups of similar companies for Group Focus. Each participant gets 20 minutes to present their biggest challenge(s) and tap the full power of the Mastermind to build solutions, strategies, and accountability. (More details to help you prepare will follow.) After a group lunch, we’ll announce details for the Mastermind Network Conference 2028. The conference wraps up at 2:00 p.m.

Once you arrive, everything is taken care of. Your registration covers:

You’re welcome to complete the application, no payment is required until your participation is confirmed. While we anticipate this network will continue to grow, we’re committed to keeping the group size manageable to ensure a high-quality experience and meaningful engagement.

With most participants returning from last year, space is very limited, so early application is encouraged. To make sure everyone gets the most out of the experience, we limit this conference to just 30 participants. Keeping the group small is what makes the Mastermind work..
