IRRIGATION DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN TRAINING

This training is a 10 week course to develop a standard level of competency for the technician who diagnoses and repairs irrigation systems.  The course covers industry equipment and proper use, electrical and hydraulic diagnostic skills, troubleshooting tools, technician level hydraulic and design principles, safety and basic plant-soil-water relationships. The course will cover content  needed the IA CIT examination. The exam registration is separate, please contact us for details.

IRRIGATION SCHEDULING TECHNICIAN TRAINING

This training is a 14 week course to build on the skills of a DT to be able to evaluate the performance of an irrigation system, recommend improvements and be able to schedule efficiently based on a more advanced understanding of the system hydraulics, spacing and soil-plant-water relationships.  Course will include fieldwork to practice analysis and landscape irrigation auditor skills.  The course will cover the content needed for the IA CLIA examination. Reimbursement Requirements:

In order for a client to receive the approved reimbursement amount, they must submit a reimbursement package with the following documentation:

Required Documentation:
• List of trainees
• Invoice from Training Provider (must include name of course and cost)
• Proof of payment (this can be the invoice so long as it is stamped “paid” and contains a balance due of ‘0’)
• The completed one-page reimbursement request form.
Optional:
• The completed Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) | This service allows Commonwealth Corporation to deposit the approved reimbursement amount directly into the client’s bank account in lieu of mailing paper checks. To register for this service, complete EFT form, email the document to FinanceEFT@commcorp.org and include the name of the company in the subject line.

Attention: Express  service agreement (contract) signed by the express program representative should be obtained prior to the start date of the training in order for the employer to be guaranteed the reimbursement.
