- Electrical concepts
- The troubleshooting processes
- The resistance method of electrical troubleshooting that is commonly used in the irrigation industry
The learner will:
- Improve their understanding of fundamental concepts of electricity.
- Recognize the importance of an effective strategy to troubleshoot an irrigation system problem.
- Be able to use the resistance method of troubleshooting the electrical path in a traditionally wired irrigation system.
Who should attend: Spanish speaking irrigation contractors, maintenance and installation technicians that would like to become a diagnostic technician and diagnostic technicians that would like to improve their skills. Students should have a basic understanding of irrigation system components and operation.
